Lunch Break Wednesdays yoga & chair massage

Stop by the spa to relax, stretch, have some tea, or get a chair massage with one of our certified massage therapists! The porch door will be unlocked and open to anyone who would like to take some time for self care- for free! Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks, will be available as well as walk-in chair massage sessions in the next room for $1/min! Take advantage of a mid week check in with your body, mind, soul at our beautiful healing space.
